General Policy
All ticket sales for Generation Speed 2026 are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund and Credit Conditions
1. Event Cancellation
If Generation Speed 2026 is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, governmental regulations, or force majeure events), attendees will be offered:

• A full refund of the ticket price (excluding service and processing fees), or
• A credit towards future Generation Speed events.

2. Event Postponement
If the festival is postponed to a later date, all purchased tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event.

• Attendees unable to attend the revised dates may request a refund or credit towards a future Generation Speed edition, subject to the discretion of the organizers.

3. Line-up or Programming Changes
Generation Speed 2026 offers a curated mix of car and bike displays, thrilling competitions, driving experiences, music, and unique lifestyle showcases.

• Changes in performing artists, race formats, speakers, featured vehicles, or scheduled activities do not qualify for refunds or credits, as these changes do not diminish the overall festival experience.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
Attendees are responsible for keeping tickets safe and secure.

• Generation Speed is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets (physical or digital).
• No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued in such cases.

1. What is the Date and Venue of the Festival?
Generation Speed 2026 will be held on 7th–8th February 2026 at Aamby Valley Airstrip, Lonavala.

2. Do I need a ticket for my child?
Children aged 12 and under do not require an admission ticket but must be accompanied by an adult. They will be required to wear a complimentary wristband, which can be collected at the Box Office.

3. How do I get there?
Public Transport:
The closest airport is Pune, followed by Mumbai.
Approximate distances to venue:
Pune – 90 km, Mumbai – 120 km
The nearest train station is Lonavala Railway Station which is 24 kms away.
Private Transport:
You can travel from Pune or Mumbai to Lonavala via private cabs, shared cabs, and AC/Non-AC buses. The drop-off point for all public transport is Lonavala city.
Private cabs are also available from Lonavala city.
Note: OLA & UBER services are not permitted to travel to Aamby Valley.
Driving/Riding to the festival? We have all sufficient parking available at the festival venue for your machine.
Festival Shuttles:
We have arranged shared shuttle services from Lonavala city to the venue and back at specific times. These can be added to your ticket as an add-on during purchase.

4. Whom can I contact in case of a medical emergency?
For your health & safety, a fully equipped medical emergency team will be available throughout the 3 days of the festival.

5. Are pets allowed at the festival?
Yes, pets are allowed at the festival!
However, please note that Generation Speed is a motoring festival with loud engines and music. Pet owners are advised to carry protective gear, leashes, and essentials to ensure your pets comfort and safety.

6. Is there accommodation or camping at the venue?
Yes, GS has set up a dedicated campsite operated by Adventure Square, located just behind the festival grounds.

7. Is there car/bike parking at the event venue?
Yes. There are two parking zones available:
General Parking
Paid Parking (closer to the Box Office)

7th February: 2 PM – 10 PM
8th February: 11 AM – 10 PM

9. How can I exhibit my car at the festival?
If you have an interesting or unique car and would like to showcase it at the festival, you can apply for an exhibit slot through our official website — www.generationspeed.com. Selected entries will be contacted by the GS team with further details and requirements.

10. What is the Dress Code?
As the festival is held outdoors on both tarmac and open ground, we recommend flat comfortable shoes and casual clothing suitable for walking and outdoor conditions.

11. What Food and Drink options are available at the festival?
We've got you covered with curated food courts, food trucks, and pop-up stalls serving everything from street food to desserts.
There will also be multiple bars offering a wide selection of beer, whiskey, gin, vodka, and cocktails.
Additionally, look out for our restaurant partners en route to the venue, for festival ticket collection and a brief pitstop before all the festival action.

12. What is the payment process at the festival?
GS is a 100% cashless festival.
All purchases for food, drinks, and activities will be made using NFC wristbands (provided at entry).
Top-up options:
At Top-Up Counters inside the venue
By scanning the QR code on your wristband and paying digitally
(Cash, cards, and UPI are accepted at the Box Office and Top-Up Counters.)

13. Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the festival. The on-site food and beverage options are reasonably priced and curated to suit all tastes.

14. Are there any age restrictions for races or activities?
Yes. You must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driving license to participate in any races or driving activities.
Helmets and protective gear are mandatory for all participants.
FMSCI race license for certain races run by the FMSCI.

15. What should I carry to the festival for a hassle-free experience?

16. Is re-entry allowed if I leave the venue?
Yes, re-entry is allowed as long as your wristband remains intact.

17. Is there a Lost and Found counter?
While there isn't a dedicated Lost & Found counter, all lost items will be stored at the Box Office or at Info Booths.

18. What is the refund policy if I can't attend?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

19. Are there ATMs or cash withdrawal facilities at the venue?
No, there are no ATMs inside or near the venue. The nearest major bank ATM is available in Lonavala city.

20. Can I register for races or experiences on the spot?
Yes, on-the-spot registrations are available subject to slot availability.

21. Are there charging points for phones and gadgets?
Yes, charging points are available across lounges, food courts, and other common areas.

22. What types of vehicles are allowed for participation?
All 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers that meet the specified category rules are welcome to participate.

23. Are there family-friendly activities at the festival?
Yes, GS features a range of family-friendly attractions and experiences to enjoy beyond the motorsport action. From interactive exhibits and fun games to food zones and relaxed seating areas, there's something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

24. How do I get help for ticketing or wristband issues during the event?
For any assistance related to tickets or wristbands, please approach the Box Office or connect with any GS organiser on-site.

25. What else am I not allowed to bring to the venue?
Please keep in mind that your belongings will be searched before entering the venue.
Admission to the venue may be denied, and visitors may be ejected from the venue without any entitlement to a refund of the admission fee if the visitor engages in the following non-exhaustive list:
• Refuses to be searched by security personnel.
• Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Is in the possession of, or is dealing in drugs.
• Puts the lives of others at risk.
• Damages or steals any of the infrastructure or inventory at the venue.
• Is in possession of firearms.
• Is in possession of any of the below-prohibited items.
• Any other reason deemed fit by the organiser

Event Guidelines

• Generation Speed has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment, drug abuse, theft and violence.

• In accordance with the law, visitors aged under the legally permissible age limit are not permitted to purchase / sample alcoholic drinks.

• All attendees must be of legal drinking age to purchase or consume alcohol at the venue, Original government-issued identification will be required to confirm your age. The organizers reserve the right to verify your identity at any time.

• The laws of the Republic of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
