By purchasing a ticket and attending Generation Speed at Aamby Valley on 22nd and 23rd February 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
1.3. Children below 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

2.2. Any unruly or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the premises without a refund.

Large bags or backpacks (subject to security approval)

3.2. The organizers reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items.

4. Liability

4.1. The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event.
4.2. Attendees enter at their own risk and must follow all safety protocols provided.

5. Photography and Videography

5.1. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
5.2. Personal photography and videography are permitted but must not disrupt other attendees or the event.

6. Ticket Resale and Misuse

6.1. Tickets purchased through unauthorized platforms are invalid and will not be honored.
6.2. Any attempt to reproduce or tamper with tickets is strictly prohibited.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The event is subject to change or cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government regulations.

8. Data Usage

8.1. Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used in accordance with the event’s privacy policy.
